Client requirement was to upgrade existing project to LOD 400 that we accomplished by breaking down project into three individual entities based on included disciplines.
Shell, Doors and Windows and MEP.
Each entity was enriched by implementing custom made Families that are discipline specific. We created point perfect reflection of the future structure in regard to element dimensions, spatial positioning and connections.
The façade and roof cladding were comprised of individual parts that fit together to create a ‘1 to 1’ representation of real life elements.
Doors and windows are custom made as per manufacturing instructions and include all layers, frames and fittings.
Custom made MEP families containing all necessary parameters and real-life data, were precisely placed and monitored with CLASH detection with each of the other models.
