Our task in this project was to create a BIM model of a residential building according to 2d project documentation with combining all disciplines. The model consists of concrete structures, foundation layers, façade, interior walls, exterior joinery works, roof layers and complex MEP network. We were developing the model simultaneously as it was changing through the project development.
At the end of modeling, we were able to make precise Bill of Quantities that resulted accurate estimation of the funds required for building construction.
As construction started our next task was on-site construction monitoring and creating monthly reports as the construction made progress.
