For the purpose of an early cash flow estimate as well as for the proposed construction programme visualization, in order to resolve potential conflicts in schedule before they appear on the construction site and to better understand the scope of the project, the client’s requirement was to create a detailed 5D simulation which links the existing IFC Model to the proposed General Contractor construction programme.
