The clients requirement was to create an LOD 350 from classical 2D drawings with a purpose to precisely estimate the quantities and provide an accurate BoQ.
The model consists of the following categories: concrete structures, foundation layers, facade with sunscreens, interior walls, aluminum
exterior joinery works, roof layers, furniture and fixtures such as vanity units, wardrobes, desks, kitchen equipment, etc.
