WoB’s involvement in this project started in the pre-tender phase, where our task was to develop BIM Model from existing 2D drawings of an archive project and then implement all changes made by the new reconstruction project. Our team precisely estimated the quantities of new elements required by the reconstruction and provided an accurate BOQ.
Next step was to create a complex pre-construction report in Power BI which consisted of Cash Flow Analysis, Cumulative Curve and Cost Estimation that helped investor in creating an accurate assumption of the required funds.
As construction started, our team started producing monthly reports based on on-site construction monitoring, which include multiple sub-reports as Actual vs Planned Analysis, Payment Certificate Control and many others as per client’s request.
