This project included providing BIM model that includes structure, architecture and MEP disciplines. While creating the model of this luxurious residential building, our team respected all changes made during the project development and simultaneously made them in the model. At the same time, we created precise BOQ that helped make a pre-construction report in Power BI that consisted Cash Flow Analysis, Cumulative Curve and Cost Estimation.
In next phase we started on-site construction monitoring and producing monthly reports with the help of WOB Explorer. Using this service, we were able to produce interactive visualization of the current construction site progress and the works in the upcoming period as well as information about element costs or quantities.
