WoB’s involment in this project started in the Design Development Phase, by obtaining Designer Models and preparing them in such way to be able to perform construction monitoring, generate payment certificates and form a precise BoQ. During the Design Phase our team performed Clash Detection Analyisis and, in coordination with the Designer resolved all reported collisions.
With the project set up that way, our team has produced 4D as well as a 5D BIM model which represented a reliable foundation for further cost and construction schedule analysis. In Construction Phase, WoB was responsible for creating finacial and risk analysis, value engineering, planned vs actual analysis as well as for subcontractor monitoring.
