WoB’s involvment in this project started in the pre-tender phase, where our task was to develop existing BIM Models of all trades in more detail, create and resolve potential collisions and then generate precise Bill of Quantities. Based on that our team created a complex pre-construction report in Power BI which consisted of Cash Flow Analysis, Cumulative Curve and Cost Estimation by a particular Element based on 5D BIM Model. 5D simulation was also part of our engagement in order to properly visualize the project scope and the construction programme.
