The client’s requirement was to create an Electrical BIM model developed on LOD300 based on 2D documentation for the purpose of Quantity Takeoff and the creation of a Clash Detection Report. Besides modeling our team resolved EL-HVAC, EL-SPRINKLER AND EL-W&S collisions based on the generated Clash Detection Report.
