WoB’s involvment in this project started in the Construction Phase on the side of the Investor. First, our team started developing BIM models on LOD350 with special reference, as per client demand, on Glass Façade with unusual steel subconstruction which was developed on LOD400 because that represents a key position on the project, with it being both cost and time consuming.
After completing BIM Models and forming a precise BoQ, as well as linking the model to a General Contractor construction programme, our team started producing monthly reports based on on-site construction monitoring, which include multiple sub-reports as Actual vs Planned Analysis, Payment Certificate Control and many others as per client request.
